Description: Join Us for this Free 3-part webinar series that will showcase Human-Centered Design as a key framework for evaluating and modifying employment and training services to be more accessible, useful, and equitable for your clients. Through immersive activities, participants will test HCD tools so that they can start using these methods to improve their employment and training services and create stronger outcomes.

As a result of this series, TAWB members:

• Will be able to apply HCD tools to better understand their clients' needs so that they can design solutions to create stronger outcomes.
• Will be able to identify areas within their services to modify for reducing inequities and increasing impact.
• Will leave feeling confident that they can test small changes in their employment and training services to increase inclusivity and effectiveness.
